For
the audition, prepare a 1-2 minute monologue, appropriate to 1930s and
16-bars in the style of jazz or swing 1930s. Bring sheet music. An
accompanist will be provided. Also, bring your head shot and resume
stapled together.

Kitchen, Rose comes from the lower lower-middle class, tough,
street-smart Irish woman, has a head for business and a fiery temper
with a heart of gold. Great singer with scatting ability.

30s. Black cabaret performer with slight Eastern European dialect.
