Full Stop Productions, in conjunction with Running Subway Productions, and West Wall Exhibits, LLC seeks a motivated, detail-oriented, Crew looking to support the installation and installing of a variety of museum and entertainment projects. A qualified candidate will work closely with in-house producers and project managers, design staff, and business development associates, to lead local labor crews for the physical load-in, setup, strike, and load-out, for live events, museum experiences, and theatrical productions across the USA.

Head Carpenter looking to support the install and deinstall of a variety
of museum and entertainment projects. A qualified candidate will work
closely with in-house producers and project managers, design staff, and
business development associates, to lead local labor crews for the
physical load-in, setup, strike and load-out, for live events, museum
experiences, and theatrical productions across the USA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead local carpentry/labor crews for the safe and effective load-in, setup, strike and load-out of the various events, including but not limited to scenery, exhibitory, properties, rigging, and support of general AVL and artifact placement needs. This includes the unloading, unpacking, packing and loading of trucks and maintaining organized inventories and tracking of show assets and their related components; ensure the physical assembly of the event matches the design plans and construction documents and identify any issues that arise while collaborating with the production and venue teams on appropriate solutions; gain intimate familiarity with and maintain show assets to production standards.
Including proactively inspecting and repairing structural and aesthetic elements, and ensuring all packaging and transport preparations of the assets are executed to facilitate their maximum longevity; coordinate with venue leads on appropriate attachment and anchoring methods to the facility for structural, safety and jurisdiction-specific needs. Follow-up to ensure all venue-assigned work is completed to production standards; coordinate with the venue on appropriate movement of heavy production and artifact objects, including the equipment and personnel necessary to safely do so; Identify crew and equipment needs and proactively communicate needs; work within closely defined parameters as directed by production management
Qualification Requirements: Ability to read, interpret and follow construction and installation documentation; ability to safely operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, fork lifts, scissor lifts, personnel lifts, telehandler and other machinery and equipment required to load in and out the exhibit while following industry standards for installing events that are open to the general public; comfort working in museum environments and facilitating the movement of sensitive artifacts and equipment as required; proven knowledge of fabrication techniques and equipment; proven experience working under strict timelines and in a fast-paced environment; proven experience managing a crew to load-in and load-out events of various size and complexity; excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills; self-motivated and driven to seek out information and ask questions; must be willing to work a flexible schedule during times of peak business demand

candidate will work closely with in-house producers and project

for live events, museum experiences, and theatrical productions across
the USA.

This includes maintaining organized inventories and tracking of show assets and their related components; ensure physical assembly, execution and performance functions of the AVL systems carefully match the design plans and identify any issues that arise and collaborates with the production and venue teams on appropriate solutions; collaborate with the AVL Designer & Programmer to set up and maintain proper creative vision for the AVL systems, which includes but is not limited to the safe physical placement, focus and strict level-setting for lighting instruments (practical, theatrical, showcases), audio devices (speakers, microphones), video (projectors/screens and televisions), interactive technology (touchscreens, remote controls), special effects/props, and the show-control computers, networking and playback devices that run them; place, test, strike and pack the microclimate equipment and climate control monitoring systems for the artifacts. This includes humidity-control devices, temperature/humidity/lighting monitoring sensors placed inside of assigned display cases, remote receivers, and the computer/software tasked with monitoring the devices; pull low-voltage cable and make connections throughout the exhibition for the AVL equipment and tie into the localized or centralized control rooms and racks as required; coordinate power tie-in of show assets in collaboration with venue electricians

entertainment projects. A qualified candidate will work closely with
in-house producers and project managers, design staff, and business
development associates, to produce detailed 3D drawings and layouts,
spec equipment and crew calls, and manage the load-in and load-out, for
live events, museum experiences, and theatrical productions across the
USA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In collaboration with the venue, and artifact lender, lead all production departments and actively manage the comprehensive on-site load-in, set up, strike and load-out of the various events (including but not limited to labor/carpentry, AVL/networking, and art handling) – all in a hands-on capacity with each team as required; coordinate and execute effective scheduling and labor planning that aligns with production requirements and venue responsibilities; identify, manage and communicate logistical and equipment needs in partnership with business development, project management and local venues to ensure production needs are met; work within closely defined budget parameters; Coordinate the design layout, modeling, annotation, and itemization of stage structures and effects for museum, attraction, and live entertainment events and ensure documentation of as-installed conditions; attend meetings as required
