Actors & Performers

Emma: 30-34
she/her. Early 30s. Smart, funny, under-employed. OK, she teaches yoga, but, you know. Depressed, but too sardonic to carry her depression in a heavy way. Having quit ballet, Teach for America, and touring with a modern dance company, she’s now writing an illustrated children’s book about quitting. Rolls her eyes at her mom, but has a soft spot for her dad.
Required Media: Headshot/Photo, Video Reel

To apply, see the "Key Details" section below

Mike: 60-70
he/him. 60s. Lou’s old friend from graduate school. The “cool” one. A guy whose life has gone well. Easy charm, gift of the gab, a free laugh. His career and marriage have both been successful, and he lives happily in Denver with his wife and his tiny horse. A guy who hasn’t thought very hard about things because they have always come easily.
Required Media: Headshot/Photo, Video Reel

To apply, see the "Key Details" section below

Maps: 18+
she/her. Ageless. The Stage Manager. Maps has a casual relationship with the audience and she speaks to the characters in the play with a friendly authority. She loves and pities the people in the play the way that the Stage Manager in Our Town loves the people of Grover’s Corners. She also plays a handful of other characters, but does so as Maps playing the characters -- Maps maintains a distance from the other characters which allows her to see them clearly.
