Production Description
We are hiring actors in Denver and Albuquerque for ongoing work.
Our rates below are hourly, not daily rates. (posting option was only daily)
What we need:
Great
actors and improv artists of all ages and ethnicities who enjoy working
in a team environment and want to use their talents to contribute to
communication and emotional intelligence learning.
What we do:
Our
company delivers dynamic and engaging, reality-based communication,
mediation, and verbal de-escalation training across multiple industries:
Law Enforcement; Health Care; Education; Federal, State and local
Government; among others. Since 1989 we have empowered professionals to
develop communication skills and Emotional Intelligence, which assists
our more than 6,000 graduates in creating successful and fulfilling
professional and personal lives.
Schedule:
Actors
are scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance of a training. All trainings
are scheduled during week days 8am – 5pm so actors must be available to
work during those times. Some out of town travel is possible, but not
required.
Range of Pay:
$15-$30 per hour
Work status:
Actors
are considered independent contractors and will be asked to sign a
non-disclosure agreement upon engagement. Actors are paid a per hour fee
for role-playing. A typical role-play session lasts 3 hours and there
are typically 5 sessions of role-play for each one-week class. Actors
will also be paid a stipend for their training day after the following
criteria are met:
Shadow an experienced role-player for 2 role-play sessions.
One real role-play session during client training
A mutual agreement between the actor and the our company of our intention to continue working together.
