Production Description

Seeking a musical director for The Heights Players fall production of "Into The Woods."

Responsibilities include: running auditions and callbacks with production team, casting alongside the production team, either accompanying rehearsals or providing rehearsal tracks, and assembling pit and playing/running performances.

Rehearsal and Production Dates & Locations

Auditions end of July/beginning of August; rehearsals are generally Sunday-Thursday evenings (7-10 p.m.) at The Heights Players, located at 26 Willow Place in Brooklyn Heights, NYC; run Oct. 7th - 23rd. The musical director would not necessarily be needed for all rehearsals, as scheduling is flexible and can be discussed in interviews.

Additional: A stipend will be provided, which includes payment for pit players. Stipend and configuration of the pit will be discussed in interview.
