Production Description
Casting Equity actors for "Good Enemy." Synopsis: Determined to reconnect with his daughter, Howard embarks on a cross-country road trip that forces him to confront his past as a young cop in China during the 1980’s, a period of rapid change in the aftermath of the Cultural Revolution. As he struggles to navigate new challenges brought about by economic reforms and the explosion of western music, literature, and lifestyle that followed, Howard finds himself caught up in an undercover mission that will change the trajectory of his life and set him forever adrift from the world he called home.
Rehearsal and Production Dates & Locations
Rehearsals begin Sept. 27; runs Oct. 25-Nov. 27 at the Minetta Lane Theatre in NYC.

Slate with your name, pronouns, name of material, and your current location. Prepare a short contemporary dramatic monologue. Audition videos may not exceed two minutes total. Submit your headshot/resume and video submission at https://www.xcastingnyc.com/auditions . Submission videos will not be accepted via email, or if they are linked to an external website (such as Vimeo, Dropbox, We Transfer, YouTube.) Submit by July 13. NYC actors encouraged to submit. All stage managerial positions have been filled. Covid safety: All employees in this position must be fully-vaccinated (as defined by the CDC) and must also have a third booster vaccination (dated prior to two weeks of first date of employment, currently scheduled for September 27, 2022).
