Season includes "Jersey Boys" (Ethan Paulini, dir.-choreo.), "Meteor Shower," "Sweet Charity" (Valerie Wright, dir.-choreo.), "Trouble in Mind," "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" (Ethan Paulini, dir.), "Kiss of the Spider Woman," "In the Heights," "A Midsummer Night’s Dream" (Nathaniel P. Claridad, dir.), "Guys and Dolls" (David Grindrod, dir.-choreo.), and "A World Premiere Comedy."

Actors & Performers
Equity Dancers: Chorus / Ensemble, All Genders, 18+
Singers and Dancers of all genders and ethnic identities for the 58th Season of the Weathervane Theatre. This is an eight-show Alternating Repertory Schedule. All AEA Actors will perform in three to six productions. We assemble a resident company of actors. We do not job in for individual productions with the possible exception of "Jersey Boys" and the "World Premiere." Contracts range from three weeks to 21 weeks depending on casting. Contracts may start and conclude at any point during the season so specific conflicts or other jobs should not prevent members from attending. Packages are built around actors hired to be a part of the resident company. All actors will have both principal and ensemble roles in their package. Focus on clear and specific storytelling.

    Additional Instructions:

    For consideration, talent must wear clothes and shoes they are comfortable moving in and be warmed up and ready at their time. Bring a headshot and resume stapled together.

    ECC Procedures are in effect for this audition. An Equity Monitor will be provided. Always bring your Equity Membership card to auditions.

    Equity encourages everyone participating in the auditions to wear a two-ply cloth face mask, surgical mask, singer’s mask, or respirator (N95, KN95, or KF94). Single-ply face masks, gaiters, and bandanas are not recommended. Singer’s masks can be found at www.broadwayreliefproject.com/singersmask. We encourage members to prepare for their audition prior to arriving at the audition venue, to the extent that they can (e.g., get dressed, hair/make-up, etc.) to avoid crowding in bathrooms and dressing rooms.

    The maximum capacity in the holding room is 80. The maximum capacity in the audition room is 52.
