Manhattan Plaza is opening their waiting lists! The waiting list will be established through a lottery. Waiting lists are open for Mitchell-Lama studios, 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms. The income requirements for the Mitchell-Lama units are higher ($93,612-$224,996 depending on household size). Waiting lists are also open for Section 8, 2-bedrooms for three specific preference groups (Performing Artists, CB4 residents, and CB4 elderly residents). The deadline to apply is 4/20/22.
Folks who are interested can apply through Mitchell-Lama Connect. Everyone will need to create an account, login, and apply. Click “Search” to see the six different waitlist lotteries that are open. View the advertisement to determine if you are eligible based on income and household size.
