Production Description

Seeking experienced actor to play multiple roles in our upcoming summer season, including: King Triton in The Little Mermaid.

Actors & Performers

King Triton: Supporting, Male, 20+

Ariel’s father and ruler of the sea. Needs to portray a commanding presence as well as the tenderness of a loving parent. Looking for a mature actor or someone who can play older. Must be a strong singer. Strong physique a plus.

Rate: $60.00 / day

Total Pay: $4,800.00 for an estimated 80 days

 

 Jim Wild: Supporting, Male, 20+

 

 Lives next to the theater in his run-down motorhome. On parole for illegal trafficking of exotic animals. A reckless, redneck, hillbilly and walking replica of “Joe Exotic” from Tiger King, although he has no idea who that is. Hilarious character actor. Some singing. (Thick western accent.)

 Roger: Lead, Male, 20+

 

 The older brother of the show's conman duo, back in their hometown to collect the inheritance from their recently deceased, theater owning parents. Smooth, care-free, and good looking. Must be able to rap, sing, and ooze charisma

 Rehearsal and Production Dates & Locations

 Rehearsals begin May 8. Our original show "Thick As Thieves" opens May 26. The Little Mermaid opens June 18. Shows run in rep. throughout the summer until Sept 4. The Little Mermaid will be single-cast and Thick As Thieves will be double-cast, allowing for some scheduling flexibility. 

Compensation & Contract Details

All Roles Rate: $60.00 / day Total Pay: $4,800.00 for an estimated 80 days of work 

Additional: Pay is $60/performance. 80 performances currently scheduled over the course of the summer
