In case you have not yet seen, President Biden's FY 2024 budget proposes funding the NEA and NEH at $211 million each, and it proposes funding CPB with an advanced appropriation of $575 million.
While
it is good to see the Biden Administration propose an increase in
NEA/NEH funding in the current political moment, a $4 million increase
from the FY 23 funding level of $207 million is below the budget's 7%
increase in non-defense spending levels. The CPB funding increase is at
the 7% increase level.
