Circle Theater, located in Fort Myers, FL, seeks a full-time Production
Manager. The professional theatre produces 6 mainstage productions as
well as a 3 production summer series each season, in addition to
educational outreach and special events. Players Circle Theater is a
newly renovated 150+ flexible theatre in the round.
Players

interested in continuing to nurture the organization for generations to
come. The Production Manager will oversee a staff of Artists,
Technicians, Designers, Stage Managers, and Interns.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
-Contribute to the development and management of production budgets.
-Maintain a clear line of communication between directors, designers, stage managers, and staff.
-Help determine staffing needs, hire and onboard necessary positions.
-Review contracts in collaboration with Associate AD.
-Develop production schedules and conduct production meetings.
-Participate in leadership meetings.
-Review paperwork such as receipts and timesheets and provide approval.
-Supervise production operation functions, ensuring all departments are on time and within budget.
-Serve as the point person for developing and ensuring follow through of Production Team Handbooks and Welcome Packets.
-General oversight of load-ins/outs, technical rehearsals, and performances.
-Maintain inventory and stock Ensure a safe and supportive environment.
-Assist with Facilities management. Assist scheduling/space coordinating.
-Perform other responsibilities and duties as requested by the Artistic Director and/or Associate Artistic Director.
Annual Salary Range: $31,200 – $41,600. A lot of growth potential. Housing available. Players Circle Theater offers a flexible and understanding working environment for employees.
Timeline: Preferred start date, ASAP.
