Fitting: TBD 6/28-7/2 (possibility of virtual fitting if you own your own formal attire/tux)
Work: Wed, 7/21
COVID test: TBD before fitting and work dates. Must have full day availability! SAG-AGTRA rate: $178/8 & COVID tests are paid as a $100 stipend and fittings as 1/4 check. Non union rate is $165/10 & COVID tests are paid as $30 stipends and fittings as 1/4 check.

-note if you have any tattoos that would be visible in Summer season wardrobe
-note what forms of ID you'd be able to bring to fill out your I9 (if you have a visa/employment authorization card, please let us know!)
-please include 2-3 recent photos that show your current look. No headshots please!
