Join Circle of Sparks Playback Project in our storytelling circle of reflections on this past year of life as spring has arrived once again. In this interactive event, witness audience stories played back by our improv company in a shared exchange of our experiences. We would love to see you on Zoom where you can share a story or just listen and watch the improv performance.

What is Playback?
Playback Theater is a community building project that combines storytelling and improvisational theater where audience members share their own stories and see them enacted or “played back” by actors. Just so you know, you don’t have to share a story if you don’t want to. Listening is great, too!
Playback Theatre has been used as a forum for the exchange of diverse experiences since the 1970’s. Recently, stories have dealt with living through Covid 19 as senior citizens, racial conflict and reconciliation and immigrant and refugee experiences, to mention a few.
Circle of Sparks Playback Project is a program of Culture Connection Theater.
