Special Instructions:

Singers prepare 32-bars of a song of your choice and bring your book in case the production needs to hear a contrasting second piece. The music should lean in the style of indie/alternative rock or folk. The vocal world of the show is contemporary and pure, with an emphasis on honest storytelling and non-presentational delivery. Successful candidates will have the ability to alternate between complete straight-tone and light vibrato, with an ample dynamic vocal range. Eager to discover unique voices that embody the rich musical world of the piece. Bring a headshot and resume stapled together. An accompanist will be provided.
Dancers should be prepared to dance barefoot or in socks. Bring knee pads. In case you’re asked to stay and sing, prepare 16-32 bars of a song of your choice and bring your book. The music should lean in the style of indie/alternative rock or folk. The vocal world of the show is contemporary and pure, with an emphasis on honest storytelling and nonpresentational delivery. Successful candidates will have the ability to alternate between complete straight tone and light vibrato, with an ample dynamic vocal range.
