Usage rights for 1 year (12 months) from date of first publication in 2024 for the Reasons to Rack campaigns, with usage terms covering America only, owned and earned, organic and paid across the following media types:
1. National broadcast television commercial (TVC);
2. Over the internet TV (OTT);
3. Radio;
4. Online digital formats including online advertising, editorial, social, app, website, eCRM, display units and banners incl. homepage takeovers;
5. Digital out of home (DOOH);
6. Retail windows;
7. In store point of sale (POS).

[ANA, FEMALE 30s]: 25-40, female, all ethnicities. Adventurous but classic. MUST BE SIZES: 2-4 + HEIGHT: 5’8 to 5’10.
[SARA, FEMALE 35]: 30-40, female, all ethnicities and background, open sizes. Confident, the cool young Mom type. Fun, playful but chic.
[VALENTINA, FEMALE 25, PLUS SIZE]: 20-30, female, all ethnicities and backgrounds. Plus size. Loves exploring new styles and trying out different pieces. MUST BE SIZES: 14-16 + HEIGHT 5’8”- 5’10.
[KAZ, FEMALE 20s]: 20-30, female, all ethnicities and backgrounds, open sizes. Gen Z style, infectious attitude and a fashionista on trend.
[DEBS, FEMALE 55]: 50-70, female, all ethnicities and backgrounds, open sizes. The hip Grandma who always brings it. Little cheeky and stylish.
[AALIYAH, FEMALE 16]: 16-25, female, all ethnicities and backgrounds. Teenager. Figuring out her style, trying new trends and looks. MUST BE SIZES: Shoe-8-8.5 / Clothes- XS/XSS / Dress- 0 / Jeans- 23 + HEIGHT 5’5”.
[NEIL, MALE 30s]: 25-40, male, all ethnicities and backgrounds. Cool, calm and collected. Knows what looks good. MUST BE SIZES: 33-34, 40R + HEIGHT 6’-6’1”.
[SEB, MALE 30s]: 25-40, male, all ethnicities and backgrounds, open sizes. Young professional type, knows himself and his style. Smooth.
[ILANA, FEMALE 40s]: 35-50, female, all ethnicities and backgrounds, open sizes. Mom with charisma. Great energy, not too ‘mumsy’ more diva.
